Pastor Mike, his wife Lyn joined the Crossroads ministry team in February 2004 as associates. In August 2010, he was elected lead pastor for the fellowship. They have a daughter, Ashley.

Pastor Garry, and his wife Sheryl, joined the Crossroads ministry team in August 2010 after serving as Assembly of God missionaries for many years. They have 2 daughters, Mary and Abbey.

Fusion Youth Ministry Directors - Jen & Dwane Buckingham
Dwane and Jennifer Buckingham became the FUSION Youth leaders in September 2007. The youth group continues to grow every year as they reach out to teens in our community. They have 4 children, Tatiana, Isabella, Nathan and Elise.
